The Hairy Bikers Ride Again

The Hairy Baikers are Dave Meyers and Simon King,  two bikers (or bakers) who travel the world on motorcycles to eat and bake great local food.  As you will see from the program Meyers and King really put quite a bit of spirit into their work.

Here is a recipe for Lincolnshire plum bread.  It's in The Hairy Biker's Food Tour of Britain.  These are two recipes I'll have to try when I am home.

New show idea:  The Hairy Hikers.  What could be more fun than hiking to a remote area and cooking?  I need to have my DV camera fixed.
